Are you a technology leader seeking community?
Our Executive Roundtables are designed to engage and inspire senior executives whose organizations are on a transformation journey. Each month, a small group of IT and transformation executives are invited for exclusive discussion and networking with peers.
Hosted by Tasktop CEO Dr. Mik Kersten, this confidential and interactive session includes an open discussion and peer exchange around technical debt and its severe impact on the health of the business. With technical debt estimated to cost companies up to $85 billion annually, the time has come to make it a priority agenda point in the boardroom.
Key discussion points will include:
- Real life stories that illustrate how technical debt is the kiss of death for continuous improvement initiatives
- Identifying symptoms that indicate that an organization is in a death spiral
- Key steps for leaders to make tech debt visible in a business context to reverse the spiral
- Why budget, time and resources must be set aside every financial year to fund and protect a healthy product portfolio
