Are you an IT leader seeking community?

Our Executive Roundtables are designed to engage and inspire senior executives whose organizations are on a transformation journey. Each month, a small group of IT and transformation executives are invited for exclusive discussion and networking with peers.

The March event will be hosted by Tasktop CEO Dr. Mik Kersten and Bryon Kroger, Founder & CEO at Rise8. The confidential and interactive session includes an open dialogue around leveraging the Flow Metrics to drive digital transformations and technology-enabled approaches and innovation, as well as best practices and insights from Mik and Bryon.

Key discussion points are:

  • Adopting a “think big, start small” strategy to software transformation while avoiding common traps
  • Navigating resistance to change with meaningful dialogue led by insights from the impact of continuous improvement efforts
  • How transformation and cultural changes are impacting agencies, and which methodologies have drawn success or challenges
  • Using Flow Metrics to advance digital strategies in 2021, building on the unprecedented internal support cultivated during the pandemic
  • Measuring the value of transformation to the business and customers

Fill out the form to request access to the roundtable events. This event is exclusively for senior IT and Transformation Executives. If you have any questions about the event please contact lauren.kaye@tasktop.com.

About Dr. Mik Kersten

Dr. Mik Kersten is the bestselling author of “Project To Product: How to Survive and Thrive in the Age of Digital Disruption with the Flow Framework®“. Mik’s experiences working with some of the largest digital transformations in the world has led him to identify the critical gap between business leaders and technologists, resulting in his creation of the Flow Framework® to connect strategy to delivery. He started his career as a Research Scientist at Xerox PARC where he built the first aspect-oriented development environment. He then pioneered the integration of development environments with Agile and DevOps tools while working on his Computer Science PhD at the University of British Columbia. Founding Tasktop out of that research, Mik has written over one million lines of open-source code that are still in use today and has brought seven successful open-source and commercial products to market.

About Bryon Korger

Bryon Kroger is the founder and CEO of Rise8. Prior to RIse8, he was co-founder and COO of the USAF’s Kessel Run, where he led operations for an enterprise-scale software lab that put DoD on the map in the DevOps community–running a worldwide cloud platform and 22 customer-facing products. Frustrated by the path the DoD was taking to scale the team’s success across the rest of the enterprise, he got out and decided to tackle the problem as a digital services provider. Bryon launched Rise8 in 2019 to help change agents transform their rebellions into digital revolutions–continuing his mission to transform the DoD into a software company that fights wars!
