Are you a technology leader seeking to build and expand your community?

Our Executive Roundtables are designed to engage and inspire senior executives whose organizations are on a transformation journey. Each month, a small group of IT and transformation executives meet for an exclusive discussion and the opportunity to network with peers.

Hosted by Dr. Mik Kersten, Tasktop Founder & CEO, and Manuel Pais, co-author of Team Topologies: Organizing Business and Technology Teams for Fast Flow, this confidential and interactive session includes an open discussion and peer exchange around the patterns and anti-patterns of how teams are structured and evolve.

Key discussion points will include:

  • The importance of flow in your organization’s software systems’ architecture
  • Why it is critical to develop platform teams and how to manage crucial dependencies between them
  • The importance of focusing on the cognitive load of teams, based on patterns and anti-patterns
  • The need for every product value stream to be supported by multiple teams
  • How to navigate and optimize business outcomes when working in a remote-first environment
